The company was founded by Francesco castelli, wich operated in the galvanotecnic sector.

1981

The company evolve with the entrance of Castelli’ s brother Doriano and now the strength and commitment double.

1987

Born C.I.G. snc, that with the experience gained over the past years undertake in continue business development and it continues until now to increase the quality of thermoplastic articles.

2019

After having taken specialized courses, Matteo Castelli is issued with the DVS International Welding License, issued by the TÜV SÜD certification body.

Our experience and our modern equipment, allow us to meet the needs of customers and installers for the following sectors:

• METAL SURFACE FINISHING / INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT / PHARMACEUTICAL / FOOD AND BEVERAGE / CHEMICAL / TEXTILE / STEEL / WATER TRANSFER DIPPING

  safety tanks for storing polluting solutions, industrial wastewater treatment tanks , tanks for metal surface treatment lines plant, tanks of chemical pickling or passivated steel, tanks for mixing polyelectrolyte, tanks for etching and polishing glass or crystal, water transfer dipping tanks, scrubber for industrial fumes, hoods and suction pipes, carbon filters, hydraulic piping, containment basins, polypropylene decanters, tubs designed to suit the client and antiacid covering.

• INDUSTRIAL COATING OR PAINTING

  Automatic powder coating cabin monolayer or double layer (called sandwich) built with PP or PVC. Insulated electrostatic painting cabinets for static coating or laboratory hoods in polypropylene. .

• BOATING

  Gray water holding tanks, storage tanks, refrigerator or freezer cell, battery storage boxes.

Our company also deals with the installation and testing of our customers articles.

In fact, the trained staff in assembly operations have all the necessary certifications in order to comply with the new regulations concering safety(legislative decree 81/2008).

We are also able to provide to our customers a detailed and certified report of all the welds performed on items commissioned to us.
